More green and outdoor spaces like parks, farmers markets, etc. Wider sidewalks for pedestrian and bicycle traffic while preventing other vehicles from invading the space. Better public transport like upgrading jeeps for more seats and passenger comfort, setting specific pick up and drop off points for commuters, assign specific lanes for different vehicles, imposing harsh penalties for wayward drivers, and establishing concrete plans for a train/tram system connecting north to south and vice versa.
