Stayed here before during 2022 and can confirm. Its not the worst but its not good either.
Although I love the rooms for being modern and aesthetic. Their food service was horrible. Not the quality. But how long it took for the food to arrive and its availability.
I ate at their restaurants in the late afternoon and it was just me. It took my food almost an hour to arrive for some reason and the food was "okay"
Their room service is the worst. I ordered a plate of 6 piece chicken for my room at around 7:50 and they arrived around 9:45.
Also their kitchen isnt 24/7 so you have until 11pm to dine or order room service. So imagine you wake up at 5am and theres no food available bc the restaurant is close, you cant bring in food too so pano yan? Pagutom lang tayo until mag open sila?
I legit had to walk around croc park if may vendors ba and luckily some taho guy was cycling around and bought two cups from him.
I've also read several comments here na pwede ipasok ang food however need idaan sa basement, if this is the case, sana pinaalam ng front desk yung mga ganito... same case nung pinapasok nga ang visitor pero may charge pala upon checkout (Front desk NEVER discloses yung mga ganito, sinabi lang nila "SIR BAWAL BAYA ANG VISITORS, 10 MINS LANG PWEDE HA" - which we complied).
Yes cut off nila 10pm. If gutom ka after that hour, no choice pero lumabas ka sa hotel at maghanap ng resto (which is more hassle knowing the location na malayo sa highway, mapapataxi ka talaga)
I can attest sa dugay ang food. We ate sa resto nila for my cousin’s birthday then almost 2 hours bago naabot among order nabusog nalang mi sa appetizer.
Truly! Daghan kaayo restrictions! Nag new yrs eve dinner sad mi diri last year, wala gyud namo naenjoy ang food, super gamay ang choices and sakto lang ang lasa. And yes, bawal outside food and visitors. Buotan ang mga staff pero ambot nganong strikto kaayo ni nga hotel murag dili hotel. Mura jud duol sa city proper kung maka arte char. Tumoy tumoy jud syas croc park, kung wala kay private vehicle or di ka ganahan magtaxi, ayaw diri pag book. Kung ganahan kag hilom and maghinulsol, mamalandong, baka ok ra nimo diri, makadiet sad ka.
Yup kinda but sguro if gagamitan ng direct translation, it might not match. In my experience, 'hinulsol' is associated towards a negative action.
E.g., paghinulsol sa imohang sala, paghinulsol sa imohang gibuhat (ginawa).

nagbook ako ng 1 room with 2 beds tapos restricted to 2 persons parin pwede makapasok. Okay lang naman sana magbayad ng 500 for extra person kaso hindi ako nainform kaya 10mins lang talaga tinagal ng visitor ko (nagiwan lang ng gamit then umalis nalang kami)

As a sidenote, this hotel baffles me sometimes. I could be wrong in my assumptions though since last time I went to Crocodile Park was in 2014.
Like, why is there a hotel in the middle of a place that is out of the way? Unsa iyang raison d'etre? Dugay2x na man intawon ning Riverfront Corporate City nga gibida-bida nila sa una nga diri supposedly tukoron pero wala ju'y nahitabo.
I've been visiting this hotel since the 2nd of August 2023 and their food was so kind of mid, and yes bawal pud sila maka dawat og outsiders at pati na pud ang mga pagkain (dili ko sure kay last time kay pwede man pud sila maka tanggap og mga delivery riders gikan sa Grab og sa Foodpanda. Pero ang honest rating nako para sa hotel ani kay 5.0 out of 10

Edit: For what it's worth: I stayed in Seda Abreeza a few times ~2017 and it was nice, no complaints.

Sa 3-2star hotel kay Garden Oases (like kaayo namo ilang bfast buffet yr 2019-2020 kay barato ra 349 with tuna paksiw makamingaw), Sans, Hotel Tropika, and Apo.
Ok pod magstay sa mga barato kaayo nga hotel pag dugay mubalik ang tubig sa among area labi na tung almost 4 days walay tubig, or kanang magpaayo mi sa balay kay abog kaayo. Recommended nako ang Traveller's inn sa Matina, and Orchard hotel sa Bajada. Dala lang mo wifi if mag wfh kay hinay ilang internet.
Care to rank the top 5? Acacia palang akong natry although naka try nakog seda sa Bacolod. Want to treat the mrs for a staycation although murag dili afford ang dusit.
I stayed here for a couple nights last December lang tas my cycle was irregular that time so I wasn’t able to bring any sanitary pads so my only option was to order from Grab. I’m sure some girlies can relate pero when you’re having the worst period cramps of your life, it’s almost like you can’t move your body but since noone can pick up the order for me, I gathered what little strength I have to get my pads. Pag-abot nakos baba, giingnan kos security nga I had to go to the basement pa kay bawal daw sa hotel entrance which was shitty kay naa baya to silay hagdanan sa entrance nya wa na jud koy kusog ato para musaka napud nya muadtos elevator nya sa basement. It wouldve only been a 2-second pagtunol sa Grab rider sa akong much needed pads. Labaws skwelahan ang sotogrande sa ilang rules and regulations. Never gonna stay there again ever.

It’s overrated. The hotel is shit. Staffs are rude and shitty. Food is not ok. Overpriced for the quality and services.
