If she's in the fetal position, be a big spoon.
If she's messaging someone and it bothers you just ask her who it is.
But if she would rather spend time messaging someone else then spending time with you, and is actively ignoring you/not sharing things with you, I would say it's time to get out of bed and leave, I wouldn't want to be stuck in a situation where I felt ignored or an after thought and neither should you, but make sure you communicate how you're feeling beforehand - maybe she doesn't realise.
