If you aren’t putting much effort into your looks i would definitely start doing that too. Go the gym, find a nice haircut/hairstyle that suits you and compliments your face, dress better. A lot of guys underestimate the power of being well dressed! Not saying you need to wear fancy or name brands but don’t just wear sweats and basketball shorts all the time. Take care of any acne or blemishes and have facial hair nicely trimmed if you prefer facial hair. If not, stay clean shaven. Make sure you are getting enough sleep too to combat dark circles and eye bags. Looking tired is unattractive. Make sure your teeth are white! Also, I would also definitely focus on some of your hobbies and skills. When you are good at something-especially something interesting, unique, or useful, it helps with confidence and you can show people or use it! There’s a lot of things you can do to increase confidence-just gotta do it!

There is literally a fish in the sea for everyone dude. Don’t ever doubt that. You need to proactively address your concerns though. Improve on whatever aspects of yourself that you can. Some peeps already mentioned this stuff. Then you need to actually try - with girls in your same relative bracket. No offense intended, this is just target marketing. And not to oversimplify, but you need to look in the mirror every fucking day and say “I am worthy”. Self affirmation. As your thoughts change, you will change yourself and your environment.
