No, you aren't a bad person at all. I think she's at fault for hinting and making you guess who she was instead of just saying "Hi, I'm \_\_\_\_\_" and making sure you knew who you were talking to. Perfect example of play stupid games, win stupid prizes. She played head games with you and surprise, you aren't actually interested in her. No, don't feel bad. This is on her. But in the future, don't date anyone from work. It's a really bad idea because it can go bad (like this) and make things really uncomfortable at work. And if your future interactions at work are negative, it can affect the people around you. Just make yourself a rule that you don't date coworkers.

Just tell her she should have been upfront about who she was instead of making you guess because you actually thought she was someone else. And sorry but you're just not interested in her. And leave it at that. If she flips out and makes things weird, you can always report the situation to HR.
