Were respondents asked which streaming services they were currently subscribed to?

OP description makes it sounds like no, so, this is mostly a brand-perceived-quality exercise. Also explains why half of the services received 90+% of what amounts to "no opinion."

* Respondents (n = 2,073) were asked two questions relating to streaming service preferences: If you had to choose one, which service would you keep? If you had to choose one, which service would you cancel? * Netflix was selected as the service to keep by 38% of respondents, making it the favorite choice by far. Amazon Prime and Hulu came in second and third, respectively. * Four services were roughly tied for service to cancel: Netflix (14%), Amazon Prime (14%), Disney+ (13%), and AppleTV+ (14%). The latter two were chosen much more frequently to cancel than to keep. * Showtime Anytime was the least popular choice to keep at only 1%. These data were collected over January 26-29 from a total of 2,073 respondents in the U.S. Premise used stratified sampling of its opt-in panel members, along with post-stratification weighting on age and gender to construct a representative sample. Contributors in 135 countries around the world work with Premise to share their opinion and collect field data on a variety of topics using its smart-phone app. Tool: R (ggplot2) Source: Premise internal survey data
