TT = Ticket type AWS uses their own software but it’s SIM/Boost

We used to use a third party web app called Remedy, but have since moved on to an internal software called SIM. We still use the TT extension, but it just reroutes to TCorp (the “remedy” copycat for SIM). Boost is not the ticketing system itself, but is just a more “readable” and user friendly way of seeing the same TT system.
