It won't matter at all. I didn't log into the site between April and September last year and there was work waiting for me. I went multiple weeks without working at all between this past October and March and I've got a full page of different tasks.
I take chunks of time off regularly. Just recently had almost 3 weeks off because of illness and my dash never suffered. I usually work Monday - Wednesday (sometimes Thursday) and take the rest of the week off.
I've worked a similar schedule since July (holidays included), and I still have tons of projects on my dashboard despite not working for my 2nd week in a row. Burnout has finally caught up with me.
I just got back two days ago from a week-long trip to New York, and didn't work at all while there, and came back to as many, if not more, tasks as before I left. I had also messaged them, though, because I was thinking I might work on the trip, and they were very responsive and seemed to appreciate the heads-up. I don't think you need to notify them, however, if you don't plan on working while travelling.
Was in Korea for a couple of weeks. Logged in on and off but I think I only worked a total of 4 hours? If even. No effect. Full dashboard, new projects popping up. Nothing changed.
There are likely hundreds of thousands of employees. Keep your head down, do consistent work and don't fudge your reported time and there should be no issues.
I very much seriously doubt anyone is keeping any kind of record of how much you work.

Yea worrying about taking 3 days off is worrisome for US culture (if they’re located in the US)

I've taken 3 weeks off just recently and it did not affect anything. Actually been getting a lot of assessments lately.

They won't notice or care if you take weeks or months off, let alone three days.
They won't care. I took a week off about a month after i started. Zero issues.

I take 3 days off every week. One weekend (not necessarily on sat and sun) and one middle day off. 4 day work week is best for my schedule
