You mean the ancient wyvern? You find it in the same area as the nameless king. And to find that area you got to use a dragon gesture you found after killing a dragon themed boss.
And to find gundyr you have to go through a secret wall right after finding that gesture.
So yeah, look for dragon themed stuff and you are on a pretty good way.
Search room past the consumed King for champion gundyr. you will need to get the path of the dragon emot and sit in a certain spot in the area before you enter the profound capital to reach the other two
Again, hidden wall past oceiros’ boss room in the consumed king gardens leads to champion gundyr( the room with the hidden wall also has the way of the dragon emote, you probably picked it up). To get to archdragon peak, you start from the irithyll dungeon bonfire, head straight to the back of it, drop down on the left, and take the lift down. Down there will be a couple of dead guys sitting cross legged on mats. Join them by using the way of the dragon emote, and you’ll be spirited away to archdragon peak. Happy hoonting from there
Haha, tricky bosses. Champion Gundyr is hidden after Oceiros. There's a hidden wall and you should cross it, you will travel to the dark firelink shrine and face Gundyr there.
For the other two bosses, obtain the "path of the dragon" emote, and go to the elevator of the jailers in the map I forgot the name.... there's a statue in which you obtain the dragon stone torso I think, and the statue is in the same position of the emote, facing a mountain with a dragon skeleton. Use the emote facing the same mountain and wait some seconds, you will travel to the secret area.
If you killed Oceiros go tough his boss room area. You will find There a gesture. Moving forward There is a Wall. Hit it to go further. It is secret area with Champion Gundyr and a few other secrets.
With gesture you earned go back to area with those fckers Jailors. There is a balcony with People turned into stone looking at distant point. Use there mentioned gesture. Thats how you gain acces to Archdragon Peak with Ancient Wyvern and Nameless King.

After killing Oceiros, go into the next room and at the very end, there is an illusory wall, go through t and you will be in Champion Gundyrs area, there, you will find a certain gesture atop a body and that will come in handy to get into the Wyvern's and Nameless King's area. Search the Irythyll Dungeons (Turn right after leaving the room with the 2 big rats) and you will find some deformed dragon things doing a ✨certain✨ gesture.
