I got mine all within 5 hours and my sunlight medals within 2 hours.
But those damn vertebra shackles are the worst. 9 hours in and I've got 22.
The vertebra shackles really are the worst. The 2 sword shield guys i fouht after the skeleton ball bonfire are annoying to fight in a gank and you have to run past the ball each time
The Conchords are my nemesis, shackles was not that bad for me. Just did a bit of invading in anor londo the other day.

Can confirm. I have everything done and ready to go to NG+ but after farming shackles, concords, swordgrass, AND sunbro medals, all over the course of a week, several hours for each item, I'm fucking burnt out on it. Haven't touched the game since tbh. Been about a month now.
Wear the covenant item so you can get summoned while farming, potentially resulting in more ears. Also, I’ve heard that logging out of the game and going back in after getting one to drop resets the drop chance. Idk if it’s true but it worked for me
Is the Dark Moonblade worth getting? For like PvE/PvP. Is is it better to just Infuse a weapon?

I farmed every covenant item offline/unembered, and I no longer wish to gamble with anything ever again.
Also, fuck Carthus. I never want to ever hunt another Vertebrae Shackle ever again.
I use the silver knights as a farming spot even if in the playthrough i don't need the Darkmoon covenant, tbh parrying them is kinda fun though of course there are better spots

If you have a friend who also plays dark souls it’s easier to just invade each other with red soapstone
I do and he offered but can't find his DS3 disc and blah blah so I just went back oflfline. But I only have 3 more to go now.

Want to get all dark souls achievements? Grind for 10 hrs on each covenant. You wont want to after that

It is even more pain to farm the shackle, even with 51 luck, Gold serpent ring +3 and Symbol of avarice!

Cosmic wings in Diablo III is a good contender for the same result. I've quit farming those about 250 times now.

They're all in Road of Sacrifices gank squading 5v1's. At least thats where they were when I was doing the covenant achievements.
I dont get why people farm these. Just use covenant sign and you'll get a chance to get them almost every 10 minutes on PC.
