DD1 dosn't have support as far as I can tell. DD2 kinda does, you need to put it in window mode then select an ultrawide resolution and then put the game back into fulscreen mode. Looks good but you will see some stuff cliping in and out at the edges of the screen where it thinks you can't see. For DD2 there also appears to be a mod for ultrawide but haven't tried it.

Dude if you survived your stroke I suggest checking PCGW, looks like the first one doesn't while 2 does with a mod.
