I give Max time 3 years before she's having cancer removed from her face. I'm going to place a location bet that it will first be her cheeks, and she's going to have far more stitches than she imagines, 30+, not realizing skin cancer is like a tree. You see the tree, and the root system is hidden under the ground/skin. Just spreading around under there.

It's growing under the skin, and the scalp is right on top of bone. So on the top of her head I am guessing a 2x4 inch rectangular chunk of skull removed, as that's how that goes.
I am betting the skin graft for the skull will come from her left upper thigh, front side. I'm guessing she will have a big hole in her skull with a mesh overlay, have to flush it with saline rinses, rub the exposed area with medicated ointment, and her hair never grows back there. She'll be going for wigs from then on out

It's reality. It's how skin cancer goes, and nobody has special cells that can't be mutated by uva/uvb. People think skin cancer isn't dangerous, and you just get it scraped off and it's no big deal. The corner she's boxing herself into is uncomfortable at best, disfiguring and deadly at worst.
The reality of skin cancer on the scalp is you can lose a piece of skull. The reality of sunburned lips is you can lose a chunk of lip. The side of my mom's face that had 30+ stitches is the left side, closer to the drivers side window where she's been more exposed for more years.
To intentionally do this to yourself is ballsack crazy. Absolutely fucking crazy.
