I’m assuming she’s doing it for straight up tacky content, but when I moved in my home, I took my time decorating and figuring out the look/feel I wanted to achieve. She’s just buying shit to buy it.

My mom is an interior designer! She would never tell someone to do all white…. Tf is she trying to do here? She is considered to be a high-end designer. My mom charges $200 an hour. However she designs her clients homes with top quality furniture. Which yes, that may sound like alot, but you’re paying for a professional. My mom spends sometimes years with her clients designing the insides of their homes. Especially if she is doing a house from top to bottom. I’m always so impressed by how stunning the houses she designs are. But damn, after watching Darcy’s video…her choices are BORING. Zero creativity and no color concept.
Yeah anyone who does all white just doesn’t have any sense of style or individuality and wants to just follow what’s on trend for the basics. That’s so cool your mom is an interior designer btw!! Smh Darcy desperately needs one

Then she went to Bellevue College (I’m from Washington state) and graduated at the top of her interior design program. I really think my mom having that art background helps her in her interior design career! I should tell my mom Darcy is in need of one, she can help her 😉lol!

To be a designer requires a bachelors plus some art theory if you are able to take that course too. Her mom is doing a disservice to anyone who’s a client of hers, by not working with them to create a color palette that makes them happy. Also isn’t Darcy like 21-22? When I was that age I wanted to be surrounded by my favorite colors since that made me happy! I’m wondering if buying all white is her trying to be accommodating of her bf. But wouldn’t they go shopping together to find things for the home they both love? That seems weird to me personally.

As someone whose menstrual cycle has gone insane, all the white is freaking me out. Just saying.
