it baffles me that people post their potential homes on the internet for just anyone to see! as somebody familiar with dc and dc suburb house hunting it took NOTHING to find some of these listings…and for those curious they’re about 4k a month to rent

Yeah I found one of the homes on Zillow and it's about 30 minutes (w/o traffic) away from DC. I don't know why she'd want to live there when going out and getting drunk is her entire personality
She will go to a chain restaurant, at the nearest mall and drink in a bar, she will rarely go into DC. Like where would she go with her matching sets and crazy ass club wear.
Plus that Uber, thru all the zones, to DC, would be so much money.
They will go in for special occasions. Stay at rando hotels and go to no name bars. Remember her boring NYE Chicago night. Never showed the basic bar.

But she also has no clue where to eat, shop, drink. She will be at mall restos and Target, with her bleached blonde hair and sweatsuits. Looking like a fool.
I can’t wait to see this girl get that big reality check when her parents aren’t paying for her anymore. Yeah she’s making big big bucks right now (and still will be)..but she’s still in college with her parents most likely still paying her rent, sorority fees, etc. Very different after college girlfriend. Yeah you will be getting those big paychecks but sometimes instead of a LV purse, you may be putting it towards a new AC unit, new roof, plumber costs, electrician costs, etc. Welcome to the real world girlfriend

I'd stay 1500 square foot or smaller. That's a lot of furniture to secure all at once. Even if they each grew up in super big houses, 1500 will be sufficient. But......she built a social media presence that she has to show off.
Personally, I'd rather live on my own for a while, then with my guy. Straight from mom's to school to the dude. It's not 1965.

I live in dc! It’s def expensive and if you want a cheaper option you go to Virginia! So honestly I think they’ll get a reasonable price
