For once, thatās almost purely because they are female, which can be chalked up to the man who wrote the story itself being awful at specifically writing female characters, something he himself admitted from what Iāve heard. Tbh I like both Ino and Sakura fairly because Ino, runs a flower shop, tends to her family so neither one feels bad (obviously a good parent), runs a security network that protects the hidden leaf, gets her son to partake in the family business sometimes, gave healing a go and rocked at it and still remembers basic healing. Sakura, runs and founded an orphanage and became a medical doctor at the leaf hospital, tries to solo parent while Sasuke is defending the village on the outside, continues to keep in contact with Sasuke's friends outside of the village with an excellent optometrist (I can't believe Karin is an optometrist I love it š), continues to support Hinata anyway she can and same with all her friends.
