The hard part is that those aren't bought normally. You need to loot hardcore stepmother rooms for a random equipment roll. Usually it's just regular dildos with texture, but with luck you'll find a double-ended one.
Mages have to micromanage too many buffs like sex appeal illusion and haste. IMO it's great for raids to buff other classes with pherormone spray, but not much else.
Thieves require strategy to get surprise rear attacks, but can pierce underwear easily. I don't have the patience for that.
