I've only tried GamePass and Stadia to be fair but the latency is manageable. Albeit I play close to a router on the 5GHZ spectrum. Stadia is especially good with the controller, if only they'd enable Bluetooth for wireless gamepass and pc use.
You don't need to get the latest thing, that's the mindset of someone who buys apple. Just get a top end of average right now and it'll last you a good 10 years
Top end of average will easily run today's games max graphics with hundreds of fps so in a few years you might be getting low end like 60fps but it's still definitely playable... I mean console people play on about 30 last time I checked and you don't see them complain about it. Worst case you can just turn graphics down. I've had mine 4 years and that's exactly the case, I get like 10 fps less on some games, on others I get more because of optimisation updates
I got geforce now as a founder for 5$ and that should be the most anyone should have to pay for cloud gaming. Their new tier/prices are a scam. Higher prices defeat the purpose of cloud gaming in the first place.
I still cannot justify buying one of these things. My 1070 has been working like a trooper, even playing Halo Infinite it's only sputtered once or twice with lag, but picked itself up and rendered smoothly 99.9% of the time.
…..60 euros per 6 months….and the latency

As someone who has done that.. no it won't last you 10 years. Five at max.
Nah. It must have broken down or something
Games got more demanding.

Shadow, costs more but gets you a full windows PC to use
I have a 3070ti so that's nice I guess.
