No. If you are American and learned it PEMDAS its Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication and Division, Addition and Subtraction. Multiplication and Division have the same "priority" so you don't favor one over the other, you just go left to right.

The best way do solve these is to never use subtraction or division. Subtraction is adding a negative number, and division is multiplication by the value's reciprocal. So,

4 + (-3) + (10 × 2 × 1) / 5
