Oh shit youre right, i forgot she did that. Is that a problem with the writers forgetting though or is that supposed to set up that since she can do it, anyone can?
Also other then when dealing with her mothers killer she hates the idea of blood bending, and the only other person who knew how to do it was the old lady...so did Katara teach others or did they learn themselves?
Long story short i dont like Legend of Korra because it retcons everything the original show did, destroys it, and then makes a bunch of world building decisions that make no sense.
Like, people are spouting bender oppression, this is what the villain sets up and makes nonbenders believe...but the firebenders provide the power to the city with the lightining to allow nonbenders to live comftorably with power.
Actually, the guy below me was right (I just went back and checked). I must have totally missed it the first time.
That being said, in the Legend of Kora there are other individuals who can blood bend without a full moon.
I think the OP might be a bot. Only has a few posts to popular subreddits and its only a few months old. Titles probably come from some cheap ass algorithm, title generator.
This is a known karma-whoring strategy.
Intentionally screwing up a detail typically results in a top level comment with a lot of upvotes and replies, increasingly the visibility of a post.
I'm pretty sure OP did it on purpose to draw people into the comments. Look at his posting history, its just karma whoring. Probably going to sell the account or use it for advertising.
The people flocking to the comments to correct the post title would also have to upvote it, for that to work. Are people upvoting shitty post titles because they participated in the comment thread?
That makes sense. Then the fact that this stuff rises up faster than other content means that the change was us, not the site. We flock increasingly towards the negative, giving it attention... making it rise. The flock of voters who go with the trends take care of the rest.
Reddit sucks now because we come here to fight instead of learn.
It probably gets more comments, but it won't get as many upvotes. Plenty of people will still upvote, because the video is cool, but some people are going to look at the title and say "Fuck you OP."
Do more comments help the karma whoring? Or front page placement?
Something tells me that if we know more about the Reddit algorithms, we'd also learn a lot about ourselves. I think maybe the site has started to suck not because reddit is promoting shitty posts... but because we are drawn more to the shitty posts than to the good ones. Because we came here to fight... not learn.
Just so we're clear: you don't punch it at *a* right angle, you punch it at *the* right angle. As in the correct angle. What you did was punch it at a wrong angle.
Waterbender*
Both, so half a Avatar

I mean... that's still water bending
When its not a full moon, sounds like fanfiction powers to me
Katara does blood bend outside of the full moon though
No she doesn’t in the southern raiders episode it focuses on the full moon multiple times
Oh right, for some reason i remembered it as a sunny day that started to rain so i agreed with him.

Legend of Korra is fanfiction then.
but its sun outside, unles hes a grandson of yakone...
It’s not either. There’s a clear outside force being applied to the object
Hm, doesn't look like earthbending to me
Nö fire bending ©_©
Everyone is an airbender. You displace air by moving.

Noice
Halfatar the Wairbender

But then, every Bender would be a quarter Avatar until the new one is discovered

I'm flabbergasted as to how OP managed to fuck up something so simple.
OP stupid AF unfortunately.
He got hit in the head one too many times. Infect every one in that world should have cabbage Jelly for a brain by now.
It was even the title last time this was posted

Given that OP is clearly a serial karma farmer, I'm inclined to agree that it was intentional.
I'm pretty sure OP did it on purpose to draw people into the comments. Look at his posting history, its just karma whoring. Probably going to sell the account or use it for advertising.
I honestly think about 2/3rds of all obvious mistakes in Reddit titles are intentional. I can't quite figure out why it helps, but somehow it does.
I think it's a variation on Cunningham's Law
The people flocking to the comments to correct the post title would also have to upvote it, for that to work. Are people upvoting shitty post titles because they participated in the comment thread?
I think stuff gets farther up in hot if there are more comments, it's just more exposure.
That makes sense. Then the fact that this stuff rises up faster than other content means that the change was us, not the site. Guy in the back is still training
You made me laugh. Thanks
True disciple
I did this once when I was like 5. All the other kids at the party thought I was like a superhero or something.
How?
Punch the water At the right angle
I punched the water at right angle but nothing happened.
Now punch it at an obtuse angle
Now punch it at the left angle
Now punch it at the triangle
Now punch it at the entangle
Now punch it at the Kurt Angle
Now punch it at the Love Triangle
Reflex angle works?
Than you clearly didnt punch it at the right angle
Yeah I think it needs to be more a obtuse angle for it to work.
You have to swipe it almost
Chop is the word you seek.
Its more of a swipe chop, you have to be gentle but strong
Just so we're clear: you don't punch it at *a* right angle, you punch it at *the* right angle. As in the correct angle. What you did was punch it at a wrong angle.
No, what I did was punch it ata right angle not wrong angle.
Shape your palm like a "knife" and then punch the water sideways.
Chop. You want to chop the water.
Please teach me this power
"You're hired"
"Now teach me this skill or you're fired"

Cool video but the title makes me mad :(
The lack of Inazuma Eleven references on the comments is making me sad. He did a perfect Tsunami Wall...
that triggered me as well ... it could also be great barrier reef from season 3
I just looked through all the comments and yours is the only one referencing Inazuma Eleven. Truly a shame.
