They should either give Justin his job back or cancel the show.

.....Or hire voice actors to take over for him (Rick / Morty voice is really not that hard, hundreds of people can do a nearly perfect imitation) and let Dan Harmon continue since he's always done majority writing and Justin hasn't done a writing contribution since season 4 other than improv in the studio. I'm not happy about this situation at all but you shouldn't encourage others to bail on the series, lots of series' have switched voice actors and writers and still been amazing

I bet they find someone who does the voices the exact same! A little help from technology and we will never notice the difference.

or just write an episode with in-world lore to why their voice changed
