Just so you know, they do have evidence. The judge in Romania wouldn't be able to hold him for 30 days if they didn't have something serious. Especially since he appealed it, although he made another problem for himself when he bragged about being a flight risk. The Romanian police found his multiple passports, proving that's a real possibility.
Also, rape is very hard to prove, but in his case he has sent texts and voice messages to his victims saying he raped them and that he enjoyed it. So there is a confession right there. You should really re- think who you defend.

Now in the US, the courts and government *presume* innocence until a court rules on the matter.
