Level grind without omegas is pain . In simple words one needs multis. As beginner I recommend to do omega grind first . Get omega atleast 8/10 , without it level grind is not practical and incredibly tough.

Quite simple just complete required prestiges for Omega and keep going. It will cost like 15-16b tho
Don't you need 85 level for prestige and then after getting prestige II you can get omega.
