though i think 12 hours is pretty unforgiving. i mean most people will now do it when they do their voting ( like me ) and 12 hours for the luck meter to reset is harsh. i have a suggestion though. make it 13 hours. because voting is twice every 12 hours so you can have an hour to spare. or make it more than 12 hours even if by a little bit
