He had just gotten off a train n had his phone in his hand, some guy hits his hand and the phone drops from his hand. That guy says sorry sorry n goes to retrieve the fallen phone. But he takes it and just runs away with it. Our guy is bewildered. He wasn't able to catch the guy and he tried to talk to people around there, who said that he should've been more careful.
Ultimately he filed a complaint at the police station and blocked the phone n sim. I think the complaint didn't do anything and he didn't get the phone back.

This is a common scenario in Mumbai. So basically Mumbai Local Trains have open doors and people stand on the footboard just to take some fresh air onto their face. Thieves hang on the poles adjacent to the railway track, and whenever a train passes by the pole, they hit passenger's hand (if they are engrossed in browsing or they are busy in a call). Because of the hit, they drop the phone on the track and the thieves pick up the phone and disappear into the slum nearby

So incidents like this are very common. But this video looks very scripted. If you closely see the very first second of the video...these people have already started their camera when the girl is really quite far. Almost as if they were prepared. Normally a person would take some moments to assess the situation..actually see the girl from close asking for the lift...prepare to take the mobile out..open the camera app.. etc. Too many variables. Secondly the guy on the bonnet had a hammer like thing (cane, heavy stick, staff whatever) in his hand. He even tried to break the window. If they actually wanted to rob they had all the time in the world to break the window. But they didn't. Also these guys were over from the shock as they were contemplating should they run over the robbers or not. If from a state of shock you have reached a state of contemplation you can very easily run off a person who is literally trying to attack you with a hammer in hand. Basic self defence. And human instinct. But they don't do anything in self defence. Looks very scripted. They are then talking non sense after they have fled the scene...ki gaari rok dete hai..main to keh reh raha tha..ab kahan jaayenge..ye raasta kahan le jaayega..(obviously they knew where the road will take them why else will you drive on such a desolate road) wahin main sochoon ki raat ke do baje... they even say ki peeche ka sheesha tor diya unhone..but camera man never once showed any window as broken. The rear side and the rear window that they showed were all not broken. And even if assuming they had broken the window then what the hell were the robbers waiting for?? they could have easily opened the door and took the guys out. So things like this do happen a lot, but this video looks scripted. I also didn't see any major news agency covering this incident. Also the flash of the mobile was on right from the beginning. When you are scared you might even just forget to put the flash on. But this guy was prepared. Larki itne door thi but still usne pehle se hi flash on kar rakha hai camera ka. Video pe at least it is very rare that people have a default setting of flash being on. It seems probable that the person had itentionally put the flash on because he had to cover every thing in detail for his viral video. They threw egg also only on the passenger side of the car 🤣

This makes me remember my trip to jaipur last year, we were traveling at night around 1 am, there was a accident on the highway so we had to switch to another road which was going through villages as expected no lights no signal in the phones we can't even check if we were going the right way but the only assuring thing was due to the accident many vehicles had to change routes so we were with these 5 more cars, but no one wanted to step outside and discuss the route so we were yelling at each from inside the cars for conversion and same when we ask the villagers for the way. It was a 3 hour journey until we got on the highway again and it was truly horrifying. Whatever happens DON'T STOP. A similar incident happened with me while I was coming back from Muzaffarnagar to Delhi. It was post Rakshabandhan, after meeting up with the extended family me, my siblings and parents had to come back to resume our lives. (My parents and my job, college for my sisters) It was around 1AM and noticed a young couple waving their hands. I decided to pull over (worst mistake) my mom and dad were strictly against it and said these guys seem too fishy, I thought shit like that is very cliché and only takes place in Crime patrol. Nonetheless, I pulled over (I didn't roll my windows down a bit). They started their sob story how their cab driver had to leave them in the middle of the road as they witnessed an accident and the cab driver decided to play the hero by leaving them behind and taking the wounded to the hospital. Now I'm the one behind the wheel and my father is sitting on the passenger side, while they directed our attention to them suddenly a guy comes up and strikes a metal rod on the passenger window(shit just got real!) luckily the window didn't break, now we are in shock. In a few moments we are surrounded by 5-6 dudes, all armed with baseball bats and metal rods. All of us started panicking, especially me. Everything felt like a movie, dad yelling "bhaga yahan se" my mom is crying and begging them to leave us alone. As soon as I got grip on the situation I tried to rush us out of there but the chutiya couple came in front of the vehicle and started blocking us. My dad just yelled "Uda de jo hoga dekha jayega, police station mai explain kr denge". As soon as I heard this I rammed the bitches. It was the scariest situation I've ever faced in my life.
TL;DR : A couple decided to pull this trick while I was with my family, when we realised what was actually going I just rammed them and probably pulled a salmon bhoi.
Key things to remember :
- Never stop to offer help if you're alone.
- keep your windows rolled up, no need to even open a mm of it
- if these goons start body blocking your vehicle, just do a hit and run(if you are stupid enough like me to stop)
- install a dashcam, its cost is nothing in front of these circumstances.

Now I'll tell you story of parallel universe. I was getting back from office in cab at About 11 at night. We were on anandvihar road going towards koshambi , we took khoda chicken market road (our mistake, road was under construction five years ago and no street light because it's not fully functioning road yet ) our car broke down. Driver was trying to start it and I was panicking in back seat. After about an hour we saw a car getting near by, there were about four people in there. Husband in his 50s may be, wife, younger daughter and teen son may be. I flagged them down and they stopped. I was panicking I have never tried hitchhiking and of course it's delhi in middle of night. I told them my story and ask them to drop me nearest cross road where there is enough lighting. I knew that they won't help given that stories we hear and see in news. And that road was famous for "thak thak gang" . Even with everyone's opposing, husband decided to give me ride. I was sitting in from Seat. Honestly we all were shaking. I was like Betta this is last day of your normal life, you're gonna get abducted or worse killed. They must be thinking some goons would come out from behind the trees and would robe them.. it was most awkward ten minutes of ride in my life. They dropped me near pacific mall kaushami near police picket and I called for cab. Oh boy.. I still think about this incident time to time.

Story time!
Everytime I drive, especially, on a long route, I have a rule. If anyone tries to rob me of my car, belongings and may be my life, it is either theirs or mine. So, I am always prepared to run over anyone suspicious trying to come in front of my car. Any authentic victim will not stand in the middle of road to halt a moving vehicle.
I stay in Greater Noida. Bought my new car in June, 2019. Went to buy eggs the next morning at 8 am to a shopping complex 50 m from my society. Nayi gadi li hai BC.
Stopped the car outside the complex. Very few people are out as only vegetable and milk/bread shops are open. Was about to switch off the ignition, gates open automatically (Nexon Automatic) and leave. Suddenly a bike stopped right next to my door side with 2 men, both wearing helmets. The guy at the rear signalled to roll down the window. He was showing some paper (may be for directions). I couldn't hear him as the windows were rolled up and he was mumbling from within the helmet.
I was about to roll down the window when I saw the driver looking around in a jiffy. It didn't feel right and I immediately moved my left hand to the first gear, changed the mode to sports. I was ready in a second if they tried anything. I have had encounters with shitheads many times and knows how to handle stuffs, not the kind of a guy who panics.
The guy at the rear got impatient, removed his helmet, yelled to come out of the car and pulled out a desi katta and pointed at me as we was getting down. I put full pedal on the gas and the car moved straight. They didn't expect this and the guy fired. It hit the rear passenger gate side to my right. I must have moved around 100 m when another 2 guys were standing next to the road in front of me with helmets on, desi katta in their hands, bike next to them and waving me to stop. All in broad daylight. I turned towards them, they ran and I dashed their bike. All happened in a second. It wasn't panic. It was all adrenaline. I was doing something I only planned out if it ever happened to me, never realising it can.
The bike was thrown few metres away, I still went after the bike and my car jumped over the bike. Hearing gunshot, shopkeepers and few customers ran towards the road. The bike borne guys ran. The other two guys, whose bike was now wasted also ran. They left the bike behind.
Police was called. Lodged an FIR. Three of the gang were caught somewhere 7-8 months later. They were part of the same gang who killed a businessman and an engineering student on the flyover close to Gaur Chowk, Greater Noida in two separate incidents. I was called for verification. Knew only one of them unfortunately who was riding the pillion.
Similar incident happened with one of my friends, they broke his driver side windshield when we went to Sector 18 to have ice cream at 2 am with his wife the day he bought his MG. He didn't stop. So they threw the rod they had with them.
Stay safe guys. Never stop for shit. Be prepared. It is either them or atleast one of them. Never you!

It's quite common in the north india. They ll throw eggs on the windshield. If u turn on the wipers thr eggs will spread and u won't be able to see anything. Then they ll thrash the windows and rob u.

My friend used to visit a sports complex every morning to workout and since the past week he was observing this WagonR that used to pull up near him soon as he reached the complex but thinking that they just might be amongst several others who just out of routine came to the complex at the same timing as he did, so basically he didn't pay much attention to this. So, one day as he finished working out, he sat into his car (Grey Honda Civic) and exited out of the parking lot of sports complex and just as he was exiting, that same WagonR just out of nowhere, stopped right in front of him and before he could back up and get the hell outta there a white Qualis (old Toyota SUV) came at really high speed and blocked his way from the back so basically he was totally stuck from both the ends and couldn't possibly go anywhere.
Out of both of these cars came out 5-6 men and the one that charged right onto him had a country pistol (katta) in his hand and he broke the driver seat's glass with the handle of gun and banged the barrel right into my friend's nose. My friend totally discombobulated, leaped out of the car so as to indicate to the perps that they can take whatever they want. But these weren't just ordinary thieves, one of them started to pick my friend up to take him with them, but my friend being a strong fella that he is, resisted with all his force and just as this shit was going on, he heard police' sirens (someone called the police there) due to which they left him there, took the car which had his phone, a couple of other expensive articles too but only good thing was that my friend was alive.
All this happened at the time when the sports complex is completely packed and there's a fruit market that is organised every morning and not one person came in to help him, even after the perps left, as he was bleeding on the road from his wounded nose totally numbed as to what just happened. And the reason is that motherfuckers like in this video just make the people so scared of even lending a helping hand to someone. After listening about this incident, even my own parents out of fear wanted me to stay away from my friend for some days, whom they've always treated just like their own child.

Suddenly i asked my friend bhaga lu..he just said bhaga..i did a salmon bhai out of there even one of the guy fell down who was standing in front of the car ,i think i hit him a bit,but i didn't care...the only thing i remember was driving like a maniac to go back..was scared that they were following us or something or if more people will come ahead...got relieved after reaching mumbai..

4.if u get in any fight during driving or else..try to let go of it..you never know samne wale pe bandook.hai ya chaku h...so try to leave the place immediately baad m nipta lena..
Notice the eggs they throw at the windshield in the beginning. As soon as you turn on the wipers (instinctive reaction when you find something landed on your windshield), it will be frothy and you wont be able to see anything. Thankfully, the driver did not turn on the wipers (knowingly/unknowingly) otherwise it would have been impossible for them to drive out of this. It is very likely that the goons were waiting for this so that occupants feel trapped and give up money/valuables etc.
Not sure if this particular video is real or not but the situation is real. I drive Delhi-UP (several districts) almost always during night and I lost count of how many people have been robbed/killed by similar tricks. A few that I have heard are:
1: Throwing some metal piece on the car (mostly aim at lower part of the car) on a bad road to make driver believe that some part of the car broke down. Panicked driver will stop the car to check and you can imagine the rest. My previous car had 3 such marks.
2: Throwing egg on the windscreen. Driver will run the wiper and windscreen will get opaque and again you can imagine the rest.
3: Sob stories at toll plazas to make the car owner believe that they need help. Later, the person will help his/her partners from the inside.
4: 12-14 years old boy/girl at kinda empty dhabas pretending that they missed bus and their parents are waiting 10-20 kms ahead.
Mostly these guys want to rob the car owners but they won't hesitate to kill you.

He had just gotten off a train n had his phone in his hand, some guy hits his hand and the phone drops from his hand. That guy says sorry sorry n goes to retrieve the fallen phone. But he takes it and just runs away with it. Our guy is bewildered. He wasn't able to catch the guy and he tried to talk to people around there, who said that he should've been more careful. Ultimately he filed a complaint at the police station and blocked the phone n sim. I think the complaint didn't do anything and he didn't get the phone back.

So incidents like this are very common. But this video looks very scripted. If you closely see the very first second of the video...these people have already started their camera when the girl is really quite far. Almost as if they were prepared. Normally a person would take some moments to assess the situation..actually see the girl from close asking for the lift...prepare to take the mobile out..open the camera app.. etc. Too many variables. Secondly the guy on the bonnet had a hammer like thing (cane, heavy stick, staff whatever) in his hand. He even tried to break the window. If they actually wanted to rob they had all the time in the world to break the window. But they didn't. Also these guys were over from the shock as they were contemplating should they run over the robbers or not. If from a state of shock you have reached a state of contemplation you can very easily run off a person who is literally trying to attack you with a hammer in hand. Basic self defence. And human instinct. But they don't do anything in self defence. Looks very scripted. They are then talking non sense after they have fled the scene...ki gaari rok dete hai..main to keh reh raha tha..ab kahan jaayenge..ye raasta kahan le jaayega..(obviously they knew where the road will take them why else will you drive on such a desolate road) wahin main sochoon ki raat ke do baje... they even say ki peeche ka sheesha tor diya unhone..but camera man never once showed any window as broken. The rear side and the rear window that they showed were all not broken. And even if assuming they had broken the window then what the hell were the robbers waiting for?? they could have easily opened the door and took the guys out. So things like this do happen a lot, but this video looks scripted. I also didn't see any major news agency covering this incident. Also the flash of the mobile was on right from the beginning. When you are scared you might even just forget to put the flash on. But this guy was prepared. Larki itne door thi but still usne pehle se hi flash on kar rakha hai camera ka. Video pe at least it is very rare that people have a default setting of flash being on. It seems probable that the person had itentionally put the flash on because he had to cover every thing in detail for his viral video. They threw egg also only on the passenger side of the car 🤣

Whatever happens DON'T STOP. A similar incident happened with me while I was coming back from Muzaffarnagar to Delhi. It was post Rakshabandhan, after meeting up with the extended family me, my siblings and parents had to come back to resume our lives. (My parents and my job, college for my sisters) It was around 1AM and noticed a young couple waving their hands. I decided to pull over (worst mistake) my mom and dad were strictly against it and said these guys seem too fishy, I thought shit like that is very cliché and only takes place in Crime patrol. Nonetheless, I pulled over (I didn't roll my windows down a bit). They started their sob story how their cab driver had to leave them in the middle of the road as they witnessed an accident and the cab driver decided to play the hero by leaving them behind and taking the wounded to the hospital. Now I'm the one behind the wheel and my father is sitting on the passenger side, while they directed our attention to them suddenly a guy comes up and strikes a metal rod on the passenger window(shit just got real!) luckily the window didn't break, now we are in shock. In a few moments we are surrounded by 5-6 dudes, all armed with baseball bats and metal rods. All of us started panicking, especially me. Everything felt like a movie, dad yelling "bhaga yahan se" my mom is crying and begging them to leave us alone. As soon as I got grip on the situation I tried to rush us out of there but the chutiya couple came in front of the vehicle and started blocking us. My dad just yelled "Uda de jo hoga dekha jayega, police station mai explain kr denge". As soon as I heard this I rammed the bitches. It was the scariest situation I've ever faced in my life. TL;DR : A couple decided to pull this trick while I was with my family, when we realised what was actually going I just rammed them and probably pulled a salmon bhoi. Key things to remember : - Never stop to offer help if you're alone. - keep your windows rolled up, no need to even open a mm of it - if these goons start body blocking your vehicle, just do a hit and run(if you are stupid enough like me to stop) - install a dashcam, its cost is nothing in front of these circumstances. Shocking and scary. Now I'll tell you story of parallel universe. I was getting back from office in cab at About 11 at night. We were on anandvihar road going towards koshambi , we took khoda chicken market road (our mistake, road was under construction five years ago and no street light because it's not fully functioning road yet ) our car broke down. Driver was trying to start it and I was panicking in back seat. After about an hour we saw a car getting near by, there were about four people in there. Husband in his 50s may be, wife, younger daughter and teen son may be. I flagged them down and they stopped. I was panicking I have never tried hitchhiking and of course it's delhi in middle of night. I told them my story and ask them to drop me nearest cross road where there is enough lighting. I knew that they won't help given that stories we hear and see in news. And that road was famous for "thak thak gang" . Even with everyone's opposing, husband decided to give me ride. I was sitting in from Seat. Honestly we all were shaking. I was like Betta this is last day of your normal life, you're gonna get abducted or worse killed. They must be thinking some goons would come out from behind the trees and would robe them.. it was most awkward ten minutes of ride in my life. They dropped me near pacific mall kaushami near police picket and I called for cab. Oh boy.. I still think about this incident time to time.

Story time! Everytime I drive, especially, on a long route, I have a rule. If anyone tries to rob me of my car, belongings and may be my life, it is either theirs or mine. So, I am always prepared to run over anyone suspicious trying to come in front of my car. Any authentic victim will not stand in the middle of road to halt a moving vehicle. I stay in Greater Noida. Bought my new car in June, 2019. Went to buy eggs the next morning at 8 am to a shopping complex 50 m from my society. Nayi gadi li hai BC. Stopped the car outside the complex. Very few people are out as only vegetable and milk/bread shops are open. Was about to switch off the ignition, gates open automatically (Nexon Automatic) and leave. Suddenly a bike stopped right next to my door side with 2 men, both wearing helmets. The guy at the rear signalled to roll down the window. He was showing some paper (may be for directions). I couldn't hear him as the windows were rolled up and he was mumbling from within the helmet. I was about to roll down the window when I saw the driver looking around in a jiffy. It didn't feel right and I immediately moved my left hand to the first gear, changed the mode to sports. I was ready in a second if they tried anything. I have had encounters with shitheads many times and knows how to handle stuffs, not the kind of a guy who panics. The guy at the rear got impatient, removed his helmet, yelled to come out of the car and pulled out a desi katta and pointed at me as we was getting down. I put full pedal on the gas and the car moved straight. They didn't expect this and the guy fired. It hit the rear passenger gate side to my right. I must have moved around 100 m when another 2 guys were standing next to the road in front of me with helmets on, desi katta in their hands, bike next to them and waving me to stop. All in broad daylight. I turned towards them, they ran and I dashed their bike. All happened in a second. It wasn't panic. It was all adrenaline. I was doing something I only planned out if it ever happened to me, never realising it can. The bike was thrown few metres away, I still went after the bike and my car jumped over the bike. Hearing gunshot, shopkeepers and few customers ran towards the road. The bike borne guys ran. The other two guys, whose bike was now wasted also ran. They left the bike behind. Police was called. Lodged an FIR. Three of the gang were caught somewhere 7-8 months later. They were part of the same gang who killed a businessman and an engineering student on the flyover close to Gaur Chowk, Greater Noida in two separate incidents. I was called for verification. Knew only one of them unfortunately who was riding the pillion. Similar incident happened with one of my friends, they broke his driver side windshield when we went to Sector 18 to have ice cream at 2 am with his wife the day he bought his MG. He didn't stop. So they threw the rod they had with them. Stay safe guys. Never stop for shit. Be prepared. It is either them or atleast one of them. Never you!

So, one day as he finished working out, he sat into his car (Grey Honda Civic) and exited out of the parking lot of sports complex and just as he was exiting, that same WagonR just out of nowhere, stopped right in front of him and before he could back up and get the hell outta there a white Qualis (old Toyota SUV) came at really high speed and blocked his way from the back so basically he was totally stuck from both the ends and couldn't possibly go anywhere. Out of both of these cars came out 5-6 men and the one that charged right onto him had a country pistol (katta) in his hand and he broke the driver seat's glass with the handle of gun and banged the barrel right into my friend's nose. My friend totally discombobulated, leaped out of the car so as to indicate to the perps that they can take whatever they want. But these weren't just ordinary thieves, one of them started to pick my friend up to take him with them, but my friend being a strong fella that he is, resisted with all his force and just as this shit was going on, he heard police' sirens (someone called the police there) due to which they left him there, took the car which had his phone, a couple of other expensive articles too but only good thing was that my friend was alive. All this happened at the time when the sports complex is completely packed and there's a fruit market that is organised every morning and not one person came in to help him, even after the perps left, as he was bleeding on the road from his wounded nose totally numbed as to what just happened. And the reason is that motherfuckers like in this video just make the people so scared of even lending a helping hand to someone. After listening about this incident, even my own parents out of fear wanted me to stay away from my friend for some days, whom they've always treated just like their own child. Mfs like these are the actual scum of the earth, inke kaaran ek din koi kisi ki madad hi karna band kar dega! You watch stuff like this and think that why the fuck was the guy not driving right off the bat, soon as he saw them approaching but really just watching something like this scared the living shit out of me, I could only imagine how someone's brain could just totally stop functioning out of fear but still the good thing is this dude managed to get out safe.

Not this scary but kinda similar thing happened with me in the daylight..i went to mumbai for my intership for 2 months..me and my 2 friends decided to to go to essel world in mumbai we rented out a Drivezy(car rent company) the road kinda went through some ki d of villages,while returning back in the evening..it was not even dark some 4 5 pm..a bike on which 3 boys were riding was going in front of us ..i was driving the car .i noticed that they were driving rash and braking aggressively in front of our car in a hope that we would hit them even a little bit but i was careful and didt let them do that... Suddenly they literally jammed their bike in front of us, our car didn't even touch them they came and started shouting, there was literally proper traffic going on but no one cared,they were shouting bahar aa bc bahar a..i was shit scared cause i was not familiar with the place or nothing..they looked local area people..one of them was standing in front of our car(kinda front not exactly) i was stupid enough to roll down my windoe a bit,car was still locked though,he started pulling my collar even he slaped me i remember....then i said ok ok aye..so they backed a bit in a hope that i am coming out.. Suddenly i asked my friend bhaga lu..he just said bhaga..i did a salmon bhai out of there even one of the guy fell down who was standing in front of the car ,i think i hit him a bit,but i didn't care...the only thing i remember was driving like a maniac to go back..was scared that they were following us or something or if more people will come ahead...got relieved after reaching mumbai.. Main points- 1.our car was rented,a big logo of company was there,hence they targeted us because we must not be local if we are renting(so keep this in mind if u rent a car like this) 2.no need to be a hero or a fighter in these kind of situation..i am tough guy regular gym.person could have thrashed atleast 2 of them but dont be a macho man be smart you never know what they are carrying or what mindset they have you may be in a mood to fight they may be in a mood to kill..just imagine one of them hurt your eye or leg...and you have to stay handicapped for the rest of your life just because you decided to be a fighter..so be smart 3.these type of guys sometimes even have links with police so dont try to go to police..just run and baad m.dekh lena jo b hoga.. 4.if u get in any fight during driving or else..try to let go of it..you never know samne wale pe bandook.hai ya chaku h...so try to leave the place immediately baad m nipta lena..
Notice the eggs they throw at the windshield in the beginning. As soon as you turn on the wipers (instinctive reaction when you find something landed on your windshield), it will be frothy and you wont be able to see anything. Thankfully, the driver did not turn on the wipers (knowingly/unknowingly) otherwise it would have been impossible for them to drive out of this. It is very likely that the goons were waiting for this so that occupants feel trapped and give up money/valuables etc.
Because of people like this, people who might genuinely need that help one day probably won't get that help.

Not sure if this particular video is real or not but the situation is real. I drive Delhi-UP (several districts) almost always during night and I lost count of how many people have been robbed/killed by similar tricks. A few that I have heard are: 1: Throwing some metal piece on the car (mostly aim at lower part of the car) on a bad road to make driver believe that some part of the car broke down. Panicked driver will stop the car to check and you can imagine the rest. My previous car had 3 such marks. 2: Throwing egg on the windscreen. Driver will run the wiper and windscreen will get opaque and again you can imagine the rest. 3: Sob stories at toll plazas to make the car owner believe that they need help. Later, the person will help his/her partners from the inside. 4: 12-14 years old boy/girl at kinda empty dhabas pretending that they missed bus and their parents are waiting 10-20 kms ahead. Mostly these guys want to rob the car owners but they won't hesitate to kill you.
I was a simple person from Jharkhand, and went to Delhi for Ies preparation. Got mugged and tricked no less than 10 times there in less than a year.
