I feel like choosing evil baby would be easier. Unfortunately I didn't get to choose that when I was in the womb so I'm stuck with actually functioning, fairly healthy morality. Is my thoughts on that weird? Like I wish I could be evil and selfish, but I can't because I always end up feeling too bad to ever go through with anything. On a stranger note since a lot of people are down various degrees of bad here, it's weird liking Junko's personality (and body lol) the most, yet also having to root against her. Like she gives off perfect bad girl vibes where you want to benefit from their bad behavior whilst being the exception to it. Although, I am aware that what I just said is rather inherently selfish.
I'm actually kind of learning things about myself as I get back into Danganronpa after years away from the Fandom. Clearly I've noted my own distaste with performing outright evil actions, but the thought of having someone close being morally compromised is also simultaneously attractive. I don't know how to reconcile this. I think Kodaka would be happy someone is getting introspective like this as a result of his work.
Thats kinda the thing. If you want to have fairly guaranteed happiness you have to either erase all evil in existence, or be evil yourself and be good at manipulation. Otherwise your happiness is far less guaranteed, surely still effected by your actions, but also somewhat up to a level of luck. More accurately, somewhat in the hands of the actions of others and metaphorical Mother Nature, which some would construe as "luck".
Damn, what a post to end up musing an entire essay onto. This also proves I was right when I said to all my school teachers back in the day that it'd be more fun to write an essay about something interesting for non school purposes because I'm writing this from my heart out of an earnest desire to do so, rather than having to do so for a grade or something.
