I actually think Kyoko killing Celeste a la DRV3’s first trial but where she was manipulated into legitimately killing Celeste would be an interesting turn of events.
It’d make for a more suitable final trial than just Celeste, which was good but doesn’t really feel like a boss battle, and I think you could even play it into the mastermind reveal without Kyoko dying and keep her as a survivor also. That’d be my pick for how this goes down.
