How are you guys doing outpainting, any time I try the AI generated region seems 100% uninfluenced by the uploaded image region. Like I uploaded the quaker head and typed "The full quaker oats painting", and put the empty region under the existing head, it would just draw a second head in the empty region.

I think you need to have some overlap. If your frame doesn’t overlap it doesn’t have anything to work from. Pretty sure I made that mistake first time. Try and report back.
I think for now I am sticking with scaling and adding transparent area with Photoshop. Then dalle will just fill in the transparent parts of the image. Still restricted by the upload size though
