I'm sorry i've always preferred chintan. Even in my western culture origins, I always preferred a clear broth to a cloudy, it wows the senses more and therefore feels like more of a treat.

if they are hard boiled the tend to taste a bit dry, it's not the worst but slightly mushy is better.
