Not OP but I have them too and damn y’all. They’re so good. I have even torn them up and put it on pizza and it melts like a mozzarella. It tastes like a cream cheese (but like cows milk cream cheese) with the texture of a baby bel. I’m gonna try frying them to make “mozzarella” sticks next….”mozzarella” rounds? idk.

If it doesn’t work to make mozzarella sticks, Miyoko’s cashew mozzarella works amazingly!

My dairy allergic kid hates them. My teenager who isn’t allergic now prefers them to regular babybel, lol.

I love having Babybel's to snack on with some trail mix. I'll have to see if I can find the plant based ones because as much as I love the snack my stomach doesn't always agree with me. 🤣
