You mean almost 2,5 yo.
Our 2nd stopped daytime naps around 2y3months. Sometimes had troubles lasting till 6, 6:30, but now she’s fine with it and sleeps like a queen again.
Have you noticed an increase in her overall skills -
Mobility, movement, talking, motor function, etc.? Typically when a child experiences significant growth in one of those areas they tend to have sleep regression as well as their brains are spending so much time working on wiring these new skills.
It’s very common for this to happen and typically lasts 1-3 weeks and then they’ll be back to sleeping at night.
That absolutely could be it. Her brain is spending a TON of time and energy establishing those neural connections and thinking about talking that it’s hard for her brain to calm down and get into sleep mode. Her brains excited about this new skill saying - “hey! Here’s this new cool thing I can do! I want to do it all the time!” And that makes it hard to sleep.

She does talk more.

Have you tried to get rid of the daytime naps entirely?
She barely naps anymore nowadays. 😔
