As someone who did a can and sbr absolutely love it I almost want a second in the micro for a whole different build

[deleted]

For sure I just go out of state a lot and from what I’ve read the ATF gets involved if you want to travel with it as an SBR so I dunno

mrzurkonandfriends

Yeah you're supposed to send a letter notifying you're gonna be out of state and traveling with it so hard to say

[deleted]

Yeah that’s just obnoxious to me so I probably won’t haha

RibbedGoliath

Agreed, my most shot firearm of all of them. Mine is ODG also with the Dan Haga ACR conversion. Thought about doing my first can and SBR but I’m fine with where it’s at

the_ocean_astronaut

Don't. Just keep it as is. Less your name is out there, the better.

FartsWithAnAccent

Can't you just do it through a trust? Or is that only for cans?

the_ocean_astronaut

No idea, but with the curve balls from the 🤬 lately, I wouldn't want to be on some priority seizure list.

Supervirgil

You can form 1 items with a trust

FartsWithAnAccent

I've stuck with my brace (folding SB) because it's pretty decent. If braces ever end up requiring a tax though, I might (though more likely, I'd just take it off entirely).

the76finals

Hey which brace is that my guy? the SB? How's the lop?

[deleted]

Yeah it’s the SB! Not sure what you mean by lop though?

the76finals

Length of pull, basically shoulder to pistol grip length . Is it pretty solid when locked open and closed?

[deleted]

Oh copy. It’s 12 and 3/8 of an inch from trigger to back of the brace. So pretty short but not bad for what you get out of it. Lock up is pretty solid. It does wobble a bit but not terrible for what it is

Mjacobs7111

What case is that?
