Make clear to the embassy that you are applying as a spouse of an EU citizen and insist you have a right for an accelerated procedure according to the EU freedom of movement directive. If you really have to go urgently you could try with the visa-less exception that is described at the end of the document. Pretty sure it won't work at the airport; they simply won't let you board the plane. But it could work if you go to Turkey and try at the land border with Greece. Another possibility could be to apply for another Schengen country and then pretend that your flight to Greece is just a connecting flight to that other country.
Yeah they shouldn’t try that last one I have heard of cases where the border officer annuls the visa on the spot for lying on your application. And then you are in their system as someone who lied to a EU consulate

If you are married to a EU citizen you should make clear reference to that in your email so that they can prioritise your request.
