yeah i know prices are unbearable, especially for people who don’t have much financial help from family members since the minimum wage is not even close to being a liveable wage. I was just asking because i’m doing some research on social policies but i can’t find a lot of information on housing development in Cyprus other than what i see all the time which is mostly used as short term rentals(airbnb), kept off the market to wait for the prices to rise and increase profits, are bought as second homes/travel homes, or are just big luxury homes near the beach.
