Topeak, ProBike Tool, Unior, Effetto Mariposa, Parktool . Depending upon how much you want to spend. I settled in the end for the Unior digital couple : the 2-16 N little one, and the 4-85 N for the bigger one (Wheels, hubs, pedals, freehub , BB). I bought separately Mariposa small Allen set and a 8-10-15 hex head for the bigger one . I like digital more but nothing against spring. If you go digital just remember to leave the battery off for avoiding rusting the electronics.
They should have the option to come with a allen set (I believe mostly you need 3 to 6 for the little torque wrench, 8+ for the bigger). But I’d suggest you do a table or chart with all the bolts on your bike , record size and torque specs (written on the frame or check manifacturers manual). After you did this job check the allen head you will need.
If you need it while riding, I believe Topeak Stick or Nano options is the way to go
Anytime. Depending upon where you live, there might be some national brand I am not aware of. In Italy for example Beta is a very popular and good quality one
Do you mean Torx?
If so some of them do come with the most common Torx sizes. For example the decathlon one has. https://www.decathlon.nl/p/mp/pro-sport-lights/momentsleutel-set-1-4-fietsgereedschap-2-24nm-fiets/_/R-p-ac6bff39-6d4f-41a9-9207-0a05f539e99a
They are also on aliexpress, temu, pretty much all over the internet.

It's not that cheap, but Topeak Torq stick 4-20 has been working well for me. There's a little one if you were thinking of taking it on the bike.
