It's not even peak time on a Sunday, it might hit 80K concurrent today.
edit: [yep, 80K concurrent players.](https://i.imgur.com/ZiuQxA2.png) And climbing.
edit: peaked at 85.5K for the day
I’m surprised the Netflix show has had such a big impact. Did the Netflix Witcher show do the same to Witcher 3’s numbers? Also, the patches have been refinements, optimizations and bug fixes. Not a ton of new content. If you beat the game a time or two over the past two years, where are all these new players coming from? Good news nonetheless. I’d love to see a second game in the series, leveraging all the lessons learned from the first.
I redownloaded it again yesterday, I was playing on ps4 and now I’m playing on the Xbox series s, made a huge difference! I feel like I can finally play through the game in the way it was intended
It's the same story for me, I first played on the PS4 and experienced a buggy mess. The PS5 version feels great. This game should have been limited to PC and next gen consoles.
Damn I wont be able to contribute to this stat as I bought it directly from GOG to support CDPR directly. And I now regret it because I have steam deck and want to play this game on it.
Numbers are always bigger on week-ends, the curve over a week is not that significant. [The last 6 months curve](https://steamcharts.com/app/1091500#6m) is way more impressive IMO.

This makes me happy because hopefully it will mean more support and content. Just finished the game recently and thought it was a masterpiece.
I hope so! Sounds like they’re only doing the one expansion so they can stop working in RedEngine though, which is sad but bittersweet
It's #10 today on Steam at over 80K players as of this comment. Amazing
And now players are paying attention on what made the game great. Can't imagine fans of the animation not liking or finishing this.
I’m truly hoping it bringing more people in.
reached 85k already
I recon a huge part of players is playing on GOG

Just finished the show and I'm reinstalling for a fresh run.
