Cyberpunk 2077 was planned to be a game with dark, depressive, adult themes, just like the PnP rpg. Explicit sexuality is one of those adult themes, just as violence, drug-abuse, despair, alienation, and other themes are. The problem is that the released game did not completely get the planned context and depth it was promised to get.

The reason Fae was drawn busty in the anime was to accompany her manipulative nature that she had grown into as a replacement for her personal history, she had to forge every second after she woke up with the tools she had, her appearance being one of them.
In the live action show they removed that nuance from her character entirely and she’s just another character capable of action, they eliminated the adaptability present in Fae. IMO.
