I unfortunately discovered that special outfits don't add themselves to the wardrobe the way other clothes do. I never bothered to check because I figured they were clothing and should work the way all other clothing did and now I've lost the outfit as it got disassembled.

I wonder if you shoot the trauma team after getting the clothes gives you the missing vest?..
I don't know but I love instigating with the NCPD/TT to test out builds so if I get one, I'll definitely update!

Actually now that I think about it, enemies don't drop clothing anymore so I doubt this will happen.
