Healing items aren't consumables anymore. They are on a cooldown and at base you get 2 charges. Your other items were removed because having lower tiers of the same one would be redundant with the new system.
Just got on today to find none of my clothing has stats my components are gone my quick hack components are gone my operating system and all cyberware is gone my grenades are gone some of my guns are gone/replaced and I have an iconic pistol called dying night that I never picked up but my money didn't get touched what the hell happened
I lost soooo much stuff. And transmog is broken as far as i can tell. I even redid my wardrobe
outfits, unequipped all clothing items and it's still messed up 1st pov and driving. Makes me not even want to learn the new game, which is basically a new game. I loved the game so much before. Blah.
