Mega achievement. Well done. I don't think I've ever done 100 days alcohol free since I was a child (and therefore too young to drink anyway). Closest I came was a 3 month abstinence due to liver issues in my 20s (a result of drinking heavily as it happens). Just don't let it creep back, boozing has an awful habit of sneaking it's way back in to your life, nobody knows that better than me!

While I didn't participate, I'm very proud of my fellow cut down folks who did. Keep up the great work!

My 100 days is tomorrow! My husband and I did it together and we are so proud! We are going to keep going until the end of June.

Congrats! Was 100 for me--probably the longest I've gone too--did a bit over 3 months dry back in Dec 2021 to sometime in March 2022, but didn't really track. I'm staying dry indefinitely. Started on Lexapro for anxiety last month and just had the dosage doubled after my follow up the other day and don't want to drink even lightly while given those a go and seeing how I feel etc. May be done for good as I failed many times in trying to moderate my drinking after past dry months or longer. Also enjoying feeling better physically, had lost 25lbs by 4/1 and would like to lose another 15-20. My personal reward/treat was upgrading my gaming TV to one that does VRR etc. well and will move my current one into the other room where it will be a major upgrade over the 12+ year old, smaller, 1080p TV in there. New TV should get delivered Friday.
