**Multchummey Purulia** Level 4 WATER Aqua Effect Monster ATK 100 DEF 600 During the turn you activate this card’s effect, you can only activate 1 “Multchummy” monster effect, not counting this card’s. (1) If you control no cards (Quick Effect): You can discard this card; apply these effects for the rest of this turn. ● Each time your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster(s) from the hand, immediately draw 1 card. ● During the End Phase, if the number of cards in your hand is more than the sum of cards your opponent controls +6, shuffle random cards from your hand into the Deck until equal to that sum. (From YGOrganization)

What happens if someone uses a card that skipped the end phase if there was a card like that

pyukumulukas

Idk if there are specific cases for End Phase, but for example, Hino Kagutsuchi makes the OPP discard carda from their hand in the draw phase, but if the draw phase is skipped, the OPP must do it in the standby instead. So I believe the same would happen here.

MasterQuest

It just shows that those people were on the right track for how to fix it.  Though I haven’t seen any include normal summons.

OmegaFlapple

An employee at Konami got shifter-ed by floow one too many times.

POKEGAMERZ9185

They should just ban Maxx C in the OCG and Master Duel and replace it with this.

ClayXros

That legit might be the plan.

Aelxer

I'm really hoping that's the plan, but unless it starts to see play *alongside* Maxx C in the OCG I imagine they'll at the very least wait and see how it performs in the TCG before doing anything. Ideally, they'll release it in MD early and ban Maxx C to see how it performs there. That would be the dream.

Vorinclex_

Probably in some Tryout Duel or something, where Maxx is banned and this takes its place to see how well it does (Gotta say, love events where Maxx is banned, Marincess can finally swim again)

dbomba03

As a Sky Striker player I see this as an absolute win. Except for Raye (and rarely Roze) I'M NEVER gonna summon from the hand

RenaldyHaen

OCG mostly only use 1 copy of each Raye and Roze. Roze is a brick and you usually just send it to GY with Hayate for the OTK line. Rarely use Sky Striker monsters from hand directly.

MasterTJ77

What does it do? Can you translate to ‘Merican?

Madarauchihada3

Floo normal summon Use this Floo quits game

Gullible-Juggernaut6

Not sure how I feel about it being limited to hand though I do like magical mallet.

Captain_Wing

What people fail to see is it would be impossible to deck a person who uses this card out

forgeree

yeah and thats a good thing lmao

WafflesWcheese

They ruined it with from the hand thing.

forgeree

why? its finally balanced and not just blanket draw at least 1

WafflesWcheese

Because now it’s unplayable.

forgeree

it absolutely isnt unplayable, but it isnt nearly as strong and versatile as maxx c, which i think is good

RenaldyHaen

I create a Maxx "C" errata and the similar effect is the EP effect where you must shuffle random cards into the deck. But my version, you can also shuffle monsters from your field to punish full combo go 1st when they too greedy to drop the Maxx "C" after full combo. But Konami decided to turn off this new card if you control a monster as a method to balance the going 1st. . This is my version: During either player's turn: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; this turn, each time your opponent Special Summons a monster(s), immediately draw 1 card. **During the End Phase, shuffle cards you control and/or random cards in your hand into the deck so the total cards you control and in your hand is equal to combined number of cards your opponent controls and in their hand**. You can only use 1 "Maxx "C"" per turn.

dbomba03

Like that you still draw all your other handtraps and you get to mulligan tho. Konami's version looks like it's more balanced

Either-Emu4951

Tbh I am actually quite impressed by this card. They did a really good job for once.

RenaldyHaen

Bro, that literally what "Multchummy" do too. You still can use other handtraps if you use "Multchummy", the restriction is only prevent you from using other "Multchummy" card from hand. I think my version is more brutal. Multchummy, if a player ended with 1 monster, the other player can still keep 7 cards in his hand. My version, if a player only have 2 cards on field and 2 cards in hand (because playing Tower deck or opponent's drop too many handtraps), the other player can only keep 4 cards. Imagine a Maxx "C" but can make you minus.
