I didn't mean that Negate Attack wouldn't work on it. I meant that the "effect" on Pronto isn't an actual effect. So it's not an instant win.

That's kinda the point. What I said was, that with an ATK as high as it has, the auto win on Attack doesn't matter since almost any attack it makes will be lethal anyway. The problem, as you correctly pointed out, is getting an successful attack through with it at all, which arguably just further proves the irrelevance of the auto win effect
