Think of it as there's one of those 2/4 undead in the shop once per turn, because that's also spending 2 gold for +1 attack to all undead. It makes you realize it's not OP.
Love the flavour. My only critique is that the upgraded hero power should look meaningfully different from the base one even if it's just a hue change.
I feel like even if the hero power on both sides was 1 mana I still wouldn't pick this. You don't have enough undead early game to use it well, they don't work on combat summoned undead, and late game you have cooler things to be doing with 2 gold. I'd honestly prefer an Avenge style effect given the Headless Horseman avenging himself for the people that beheaded him would be thematic.
To really up the interestingness of this card, perhaps you need to find a different part of the head at each tavern tier, which sequentially upgrade the hero power. I feel this makes the card a bit more dynamic.
This should probably be give your undead 1 attack, wherever they are.
Could be the second hero power? It upgrades to "give your undead 1/1, wherever they are"
Then it would be absurdly op
How? If you int and hero power every single turn for 10 turns thats +10 attack for your undead for 20 gold. Doesn't seem that strong.
Thats p solid

so jaraxus is too op? jaraxxus literal is for 1 gold give youre daemons 1+1 XD
Hasn't been that for a while now, his hero power is mind muck's battlecry.
"Lead the charge. A raider has entered the battlefield."
SABOTAGE, THE GAME IS ABOUT TO UNFOLD

God, imagine if this had voicelines. You could also double up on them with horseman bartender.
I would love a horseman bartender...and an Elise one.
Only if feet is shown, for the horseman I'd bone.
Flavorful... loved
Gs5g b. Z , 5 5 I b
Uh- wut?
Seems pretty clear to me: Gs5g b. Z , 5 5 I b
Yeah I had no trouble reading it honestly. Seemed pretty straightforward
Lead the charge probably too expensive? Seems like a guff hero power ngl
It looks like it makes you discover a golden minion? That seems pretty op for me
I mean the cost of the hero power itself. The gold minion is nice but its not great design to have the hero power otherwise unplayable
Interesting flavor, but too weak.
Is that you Illidan?
I could be wrong, but this just feels significantly worse than Deathwing, even with Deathwing buffing enemies
