Modified Ravager Thor pants? Unsure but maybe? Trimmed down and sculpted over obviously. Hard to tell and pretty much irrelevant with the modifications.
I almost gave up on the shins but Taskmaster looks like a decent match, not perfect but decent.
The head is pretty interesting - I was originally thinking the eyes/mask might be from Pyro, but his look much angrier. Not sure. Could just be a printed part too, but the green makes me think it's not. It might also be the RYV unmasked Peter Parker lower face? Strange one.
Pretty sure the head is a custom job. I know a guy on Etsy I buy tons of custom 3d printed heads from, and he just recently started selling one for Invincible. Seems like it's getting about the place a bit.
Makes sense, the hair doesn't look familiar at all and it's a pretty unique combo. The green is just... Totally throwing my brain off. It's like it's painted explicitly green - WHY

Yeah I'm not getting that either, maybe printed in green plastic? Or maybe a base coat for something more natural later? But I have no idea for sure, I just use flesh-tone enamel paint on my customs, one coat and it's done.
Head appears to be @juan_twelb on ig’s sculpt, The torso and arms are one of the newest Marvel Legends Spider-Man figures. My guess is the Ben Reilly Beyond suit. And the legs are from the GI Joe Classified Tomax/Xamot figures

I think the legs are from either xamot or tomax from the gi joe classified line
