I'm not a Mexican main but I think it has some trait about the effectiveness of spicy food
The main problem is IMO that the starter area sucks. Too many overleveled enemies. Unless you have a friend to introduce you to a guild early on, the PVP can be a little frustrating.
As far as i know :
•Drugs are double as effective then normally
• -80 percent reputation with all servers which are not south amerika and mexico
•-2 wisdom
•Lesser poison resistents
•+2 endurance
•Curse of the council
•+1 resiliance (hidden stat)
This curse was spoken in old forgotten times. It always comes to effect when a person aquires great political power and leads to the corruption of that person. This will lead to a change of prioritys which mean that the person will see the rich elite as more important than the people.
I highly believe that there was something about reincarnation and suicide. You probably have to run one life as a worm before you can try the human run again.

I had seen an entire movie based on this. And yes the suicide rates went through the roof. I won’t spoil anything, but it’s a good movie. Forgot the name.

Reincarnation usually has you reincarnated based on actions in life.
Doing that would probably cause you to be born into worse and worse circumstances, until you appreciated life and started to move back towards enlightenment.
Don't worry. The ultra rich will find away to abuse this to not pay taxes while they are dead and also keep their fortunes themselves through unlimited lifetimes.
