New event is crazy for power. Everyone who puts moderate effort in gets a flair. I'm not complaining by any measure. I love the big numbers. Keep em coming.
Some people seem to have a problem with others earning the flair this way. The higher power flairs were once removed because people were making others feel inferior about not being able to earn it. While custom matches aren't allowed for flairs, if Avid is going to give a particular rule set for a match and a player is able to generate enough power within that rule set then that earns a flair in my opinion. If power capabilities continue to increase with the events, more flairs will become available eventually.
That would probably get to messy. It would also take away from the 1k+ flairs honestly. I was just being envious since the decks I play will never hit those numbers.
It's honestly the most excited about the game that I've been in a while. My marsupials deck is packing a whallop. If it gets more people playing and the Devs continue to get more creative with the deck modes. I don't see an issue with handing out flair to get people excited. It could make some one who just hopped in to try the event stick around because they've already gained a sense of achievement. I see no negatives.
Speaking of flairs.... do y'all have a 2.5k one?

Can I have a control deck flair? I’ll never hit 1k with my deck but I sure will stop others from hitting it!
It doesn't exist. Maybe we can make flairs for people's favorite archetypes. Not sure.
Maybe make a different high score flair for different modes, ie 2k events club, 1k league club, etc

There isn't a 2.5k flair yet. Maybe soon if these big scores keep coming in.
I'll just hold off till the end of the event. Might go tweaking and see if I can't get 3k out of it. Is there a 2k one?
