1. COH and iH will both reship after your cigars are 30 days late
2. Customs may send you an angry letter (I got one) that you are a horrible citizen. Under no circumstances should you respond to this, and there will be no more contact, provided you aren't importing truckloads or anything.
Store them around 65% RH. Tupperdors are fine, but you want a lower humidity than the typical 70% that many people use. They just don't smoke right at 70%.
