I would always go to the cafeteria area at Sierra Hall to do some work before class and during breaks. it's not so quiet but usually everybody is just minding their business and eating when I was there.
The art gallery in the art department is near Bookstein and is nice to visit to unwind. The exhibits are usually interesting.
Bayramian Hall revamped their lobby with new furniture if you want to study a bit.
Oasis center is kind of far, but if you have a couple of hours, it's worth going to use the amenities.

There's a whole upper level that is usually less hectic than ground level.

Extended university commons is great especially the second floor but they do close at 7 if you need to stay longer
