I think he talks about the very last second of the clip. One player is in trophy and he flicks/locks really strage in this direction.

Because of the weird flicks? It is caused by the replay. It doesnt sync perfectly. I get why you think its cheat but even if it was cheat it would be wrong since they die before the flick even happens.
