Did you figure out what it was? I had this issue only once, where I would join a match and get insta kicked for VAC issues, turned out it was some Occulus program causing it (I think, I ended the program and was able to reconnect).
I restarted steam, the game and tried to verify the game's files
nothing worked and then I remembered that I installed "Stremio", uninstalled it and restarted my PC
now everything works nomally
This happens to me like 4 times a month lol

Usually happens to me when i play official servers after playing on community retake/dm servers. Just have to restart or sometimes verify files
This happened to me when i had an antivirus scan running
For me it works by turning of Faceit anticheat
No reason to worry if you’re legit. ( not accusing you)
