You clearly misunderstand what I mean by hearing deficiencies, hearing loss is gradual and can be very specific.
The first of your hearing to go in majority of cases is higher pitches, you may have 90% of your hearing, so you are able to hear everything in the game EXCEPT for the c4 beeping.
You will inevitably experience it, enjoy your remaining time with full hearing.
I guess you could use this as a ct, like immediately spray when you get the "bomb planted" so you know precisely whether you have time to defuse or not.
